Dan cut his teeth in Chicago, where he owned his own custom homebuilding
firm. With over 30 years of experience, Dan’s enthusiasm for fine
building is boundless, and his commitment to quality is endless. Combined
with his experience working in the building materials industry, this passion
has made him the perfect Project Manager, along with his good humor and
big-picture perspective. Dan balances the client’s desires with
the realities of budgeting and scheduling all the while maintaining the
quality of our work.
FRANK SCARIANO, Owner and Project Manager
Frank has a degree in finance from the University of San Francisco, but
that’s not what makes him a great organizer and planner. Frank’s
ability to bring architects, sub-contractors, and clients together in
a way that benefits the project has won the favor of all those who work
with him. As a result, he has grown from one guy with a hammer to a staff
that is more than capable to handle any job it is invited to manage. Frank
enjoys the personal side of the business, and he creates long-lasting
relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
