We worked carefully around the existing landscaping to create a small meditation
and writing sanctuary. Laid over radiant floor heating in this 100 square
foot space is one piece of slate cut and reformed so that continuous grain
is visible. Battered "Chief Cliff" stone was used for the walls, teak window
and door frames, hand-crafted leaded glass windows. The hardware is hand-forged
in iron; the roof is hand-crimped copper.
